Talent Contests
Talent Contests will be run often on ViewMyAct. Weekly Talent Contests are the standard contest that will run always. Prize Talent Contests will be ACTIVE only when the required entrants have been reached. Our weekly talent contests are for the sole purpose of gaining exposure and no prizes will be awarded. Be sure to vote for your video as soon as you upload it to ensure that you get a head start so that your video is showcased on the homepage for your category of talent. See below for more details about our PRIZE contests.

Login into your account, click MY PROFILE, MY VIDEO, and from there you will see the verbiage ENTER VIDEO IN FREE PRIZE CONTEST. After clicking the videos you want entered in the contest you are officially entered! We will hold the video entries in a queue as we wait for 100 entrants in a category before we begin the contest. All talent videos will be entered into the contest at once to ensure each video gets the same amount of time of voting. We will communicate with each entrant as to when the contest begins and will end!

Contest Rules:
- There must be a total of 100 videos in a category to create a contest.
- Videos SHOULD be present day videos. Videos MUST be of the registered user only. You may not upload a video of somebody else's talent. You MUST start your video with a brief introduction and the date you are recording the video. For security and privacy reasons please do not state your full name or location. Your Username or ViewmyAct Unique User ID is acceptable.
- Entry videos will be uploaded and held in a queue until the day the contest starts. They will then be automatically entered into the current weeks videos contest all at once to ensure all videos get an equal amount of voting time.
- Talent Contest winners will be notified within 24-48 hours of contest end. Prizes will be sent via UPS to the address we have on file for the winners. Please be sure to have a current address on file! All prizes will be sent after voting validation to review and ensure no discrepancies in the voting system.
If there are not 100 entrants in your category your video will be held in a queue until the minimum number of entrants is reached. We will notify you when the contests will begin. Please tell all of your friends and family who are talented to upload today! This is a great opportunity to put those talents to work and win easy free prizes as well as gain tons of exposure to possibly get discovered!
Entering our Prize Talent Contests will gain you tons of exposure as well as win you a prize! We will maintain our integrity and closely monitor and review all videos and voting. Please remember to share your video and have all of your friends and family visit the site to place a vote for your video. You may only place one vote per video. The ViewMyAct panel of judges will disqualify any and all parties of a Prize Contest if we detect any misvoting or manipulation. Keep in mind, ViewMyAct can easily monitor this. Please alert your family and friends NOT to vote for your video more than once. To maintain our integrity we will only hold contests that are fair and accurate!
